The Type 7 is Ressence's first attempt at a sport watch, and it makes sense that it's also their first GMT. An integrated titanium bracelet, a fixed ceramic bezel, water resistance actually worth mentioning — for a brand whose watches have mostly been fragile, dressy curiosities, this is the first one built like a tool. And a tool watch needs a reason to leave the house: the GMT gives it one. Adding that second time zone meant compressing the oil temperature gauge from its own full satellite into a small window, a trade Ressence made on purpose to prioritize the function you'd actually use on a trip.
