Armin Strom expands its Resonance work into grand sonnerie territory with the Minute Repeater Resonance 12:59 First Edition, a new development inspired by Masterpiece 2 but reworked into a more compact 42 mm titanium case. The in-house Calibre ARR25 pairs the brand's patented resonance clutch — synchronizing two independent regulating systems, each with its own barrel and escapement — with a Westminster chime driven by four hammers and four gongs. A selector at 9 o'clock lets the wearer choose between conventional time striking or the 12:59 mode, which triggers the longest possible sequence: 12 hours, three quarters, and fourteen minutes. A flying governor regulating the strike cadence sits openly on the dial side. Limited to 25 pieces.
