A Relic From a Future That Never Was

Armin Strom's Zeitgeist 1665 asks a provocative question: what if Resonance had been tamed centuries ago, when navigators were dying at sea for want of a clock they could trust? This 25-piece limited edition imagines that alternate horological history — a vintage-spirited Resonance wristwatch dressed in heat-blued hands, an 18K white gold lacquered dial, and a rose-gold-toned movement you can study through both sides of the case. It carries the Manufacture's hard-won breakthrough — stable, resilient Resonance, certified by CSEM and finally solved by Claude Greisler in 2016 — inside a refined 43mm package built for daily wear. Two balance wheels, locked in conversation, in a watch that looks like it fell out of the 18th century and landed on your wrist.
