Most watches built for the water are dressed for the dock. The Brunswick 40 Helmsman is the opposite—a genuine tool designed around the moment your hands are on the wheel and the sun is bouncing off both the sky and the sea. Fears took everything learned from the EXPERIMENTAL 01, the watch made for a British rowing world-record attempt, and refined it for life on deck: a fully brushed and media-blasted case that refuses to throw a distracting glint, a matte Bright White dial built for instant legibility, and Marine Blue accents that pull your eye straight to the time. It's the second piece to wear the Endurance Specification designation, and it earns it. The elegance is still there—it always is with a Fears—but here it's a byproduct of function rather than the point of it.
